So get this...Kuwait has officially issued a ban on DSLR camera use in public. Sounds totally crazy and made up, but the counrtry's Ministry of Information, Ministry of Social Affairs and Ministry of Finance recently joined together to slap the big 'no-no' on DSLR use in public without jouralistic credentials.
