VERDICT WORK: MCLA MAGAZINE SHOOT PT.2

A few weeks ago we posted about some Verdict work appearing on the cover and inside of the March issue of MCLA Magazine.

We wanted to share with you these 'subscriber only' covers which feature one of the four St. Mary's players.

Which one did you get?

VERDICT WORK: WASHINGTON STEALTH

Check this throwback jam of NLL phenom Jeff Zywicki.

After my playing days were over I acted as the Stealth's photog and snapped some purdy sweet images.

None much sweeter than the above shot.

The goal counted.

VERDICT WORK: MCLA MAGAZINE SHOOT

Verdict Photography is proud to announce its partnership with MCLA Magazine.

You gotta dig on this dope cover shot and a two page spread found in this month's MCLA magazine featuring St. Mary's Lacrosse Team.

Big ups to Agent Ogden for the sweet post production work.

Check down a few posts for a sweet video from the shoot!

VERDICT NEWS: MCLA MAG SHOOT W/ ST. MARYS COLLEGE

Check out this dope behind the scenes video from a recent Verdict cover shoot for MCLA magazine. We visited St. Mary's College lacrosse team and hung with head coach Colin Knightly.

I can't show you guys the pics yet, but I'll give you a few hints: rock n roll, a limousine, and beautiful babes.

The cover shot is beyond rad so be sure to check back in a bit.

Big thanks to Agent Ogden for putting the vid together.

VERDICT NEWS: CAL LACROSSE UPDATE

I recently shot photos for the February issue of US Lacrosse Magazine which accompanied a story about the Cal Berkeley Women's Lacrosse Team losing funding and subsequently, their team.

While I'm not taking any credit, a re-vote took place last week after the story and photo ran in the magazine...and some how, some way, Cal was able to secure funding and keep their women's lacrosse team alive.

Like I said,...i'm not taking credit. But I'd like to think my photos had something, anything to do with the change of heart.

Bravo, ladies.

CHECK THIS: EASTON LACROSSE & CASEY POWELL

Check out this killer video from Easton Lacrosse. Shot in Brooklyn on a gi-normous sound stage, it shows Casey Powell rippin' it slo-mo style. Be on the lookout for Easton to blow up as they officially launch their product on Feb. 15th

Check these still images from the shoot a la Verdict Photography.

Enjoy.

VERDICT WORK: CAL WOMEN'S LAX

Here's a few pics that accompany a tragic story in the Feb issue of US Lacrosse Magazine.  With no say in the matter, funding was cut for the women's lacrosse team at Cal and they are beginning their last varsity season as we speak. As a former collegiate player myself, I can't image having the rug pulled out from under me like that.

Like the shirt says: You Can't put a price on Dreams.

Fight on Ladies!

VERDICT WORK: EASTON LACROSSE WEBSITE

Gotsta' check out the new Easton Lacrosse website that features a bunch of sweet shots from your's truely, Verdict Photography. We think the site looks awesome, but then again...we're a little biased. See for yourself and let us know what yo think. Bravo Easton!

VERDICT WORK: EASTON'S BRETT QUEENER

While shooting for Easton Lacrosse in NYC last month, I had a chance to hang with Easton sponsored athlete, Brett Queener. If you are familiar with lacrosse, then you know that BQ is one of the most talented and out going athletes in the sport. Here he is putting good use to some down time on set. Like I said: talented.

VERDICT WORK: ERIC MARTIN TICKET STUB

Here's another shot / idea coming from the Team USA promo shoot with defenseman Eric Martin. I threw together this 'promo ticket' for the USIL. Scroll down to see more photos from this shoot.

VERDICT WORK: THE MANY FACES OF ERIC MARTIN

Here's a few idears coming from a recent shoot with pro lacrosse player Eric Martin. Originally pegged for a Team USA promo shoot, we added 'E-Mart's' other colors and threw together this poster.

More to come from this shoot...stay tuned.

VISUAL STIMULI: MAX SEIBALD TALK ABOUT NIKE 'BOOM'

VERDICT WORK: US INDOOR LACROSSE SHOOT 2

Check photo numero two from the USA Indoor Lacrosse 'product' shoot.

Can you spot the shameless plug? No, it's not the watermark...

VERDICT WORK: US INDOOR LACROSSE SHOOT

Here's a quick sample from a recent shoot for USIL and the 2011 Indoor National Team. Pretty stoked on how it turned out. Started as a totally harmless product shoot, then the Verdict flavor took over...and this is what happened. More to come from this shoot fo shaz.

VERDICT WORK: TEAM USA PROMO

I was in 'beautiful' New Jersey this past weekend shooting for the US National Indoor Lacrosse Team. Somewhere in the middle of all the action I was able to pull two of the game's brightest stars (L-Paul Rabil, R-Jon Christmas) for a quick headshot and put together this promo. As the tryout period for the players continues, we all are wondering what faces will make up the 2011 roster. Good luck to all the guys!

VERDICT WORK: EASTON / TALON LACROSSE

My good friends at Talon Lacrosse are super stoked about their merger with Easton-Bell Sports. To celebrate their upcoming product launch we photographed some of their new product line in action. Stay tuned for the new Easton Lacrosse site to drop. 'Til then, visit the boys at Talon!

VERDICT NEWS: PARTNERSHIP W/ U.S. INDOOR LACROSSE
